Cleaning of your property is done prior to your arrival and after your departure. If you would like additional cleaning during you stay, you must notify our office prior to your arrival.
Cleaning services
Services such as hot tub cleaning and snow removal or landscape maintenance may occur during your stay as part of our regular maintenance program.Damage deposit — $500
You will be charged a $500 security deposit. This will be returned 10 days after the departure given there are no damages to the property.Rental agreement

A deposit equal to half the nights you’ll be staying is required to guarantee your reservation. Guest deposits will be placed in an interest bearing escrow account. Rocky Mountain Properties, LLC shall be entitled to all interest earned.Cancellations
If written notice of cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund less a $250 booking fee. If a reservation is canceled 60 days or less prior to arrival, all payments received will be forfeited.Special requests
All of our properties are owned by individuals who furnish their unit according to their own personal tastes and family needs. Although we make every effort to please our guests, we cannot guarantee special requests, such as bed configurations or views.Travel insurance

COVID-19 CLEANING PROTOCOL
Alpine Hideaway is cleaned by Best Cleaning Company in Steamboat Springs between rentals. Best Cleaning Company is COVID-19 Trained - They are one of the few companies that have the proper disinfectants, solutions, and training to properly disinfect for COVID-19 and they hold the County contract for all COVID-19 cleaning. Please review their COVID-19 Clean Protocol:
- The solutions we use are listed on the U.S. EPA list of registered solutions that have been tested/proven to kill Coronavirus.
- We have confirmed with our supplier that the solution we use kills Coronavirus within 45 seconds of contact. This is currently the fastest disinfectant on the market.
- In addition to the disinfectant spray that we utilize, we also have a commercial grade steamer that gets the steam to the appropriate temperature to destroy viruses such as this.
- Both methods of the spray solution and the commercial steamer can be used on any surface, fabric, wall, floor etc.
- We have implemented stringent training policies to ensure all of our employees are taking extra precaution and preventative measures.
- We clean a few medical centers in town that require us to have the necessary training and expertise to ensure our cleans are held to a high standard and things are getting cleaned/disinfected right.

Alpine Hideaway is located in the Tree Haus development, five minutes from City Market and Walmart, and seven minutes from downtown Steamboat Springs and Steamboat Ski Resort. There is a path that follows the Yampa river to hike or bike to downtown Steamboat Springs.
